1). Continuation of Warned Hearing (ZP20-40/TSD 685) by Karla Bourland for Subdivision (Survey Phase) to discuss a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD). This property is located in the Rural Residential District, Latham Road, North Thetford, VT.

(Please Note: The applicant requested the first DRB hearing (held remotely via zoom on December 8, 2020) for “informational purposes” to assist in her decision if she should pursue this proposed Planned Unit Development. It was an informal meeting and a formal application for this proposed PUD has not been presented to the DRB.)
