1). Continuation of Warned Hearing on Application (ZP21-06/TSD 688) by CW Gray & Sons Inc., for Subdivision on the following property:

Zone: Rural Residential/Community Business
Proposal: To subdivide one parcel into two parcels
2). Continuation of Warned Hearing (ZP20-40/TSD 685) by Karla Bourland for Subdivision (Survey Phase) to discuss a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD). This property is located in the Rural Residential District, Latham Road, North Thetford, VT
(Please Note: The first meeting of ZP20-40/TSD 685) was held on December 8, 2020 which was continued to February 9, 2021, continued to March 23, 2021; then continued to April 27, 2021. These meetings were/are for “informational purposes” only - to assist the applicant in her decision if she should pursue this proposed Planned Unit Development. These are informal meetings and a formal application for this proposed PUD has not been presented to the DRB.)
