Recent increases in our local education property taxes have raised great concerns. Our 2025 State Representatives, Rebecca Holcombe and Jim Masland, will review a brief history and explanation of school spending and taxation along with several ideas that have been suggested for changing the system to make it more affordable. Rebecca and Jim will then take questions, comments, and suggestions from the audience. 

This forum is intended to be a respectful discussion and was deliberately scheduled after this year's election so that it would focus on opportunities to understand and suggest solutions to a problem that affects all of us, rather than politics.
