The Thetford Development Review Board will hold a Public Hearing ending no later than 11:00 PM on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the Thetford Town Office, 3910 Route 113, Thetford Center, VT to consider the following:

6:30PM: Site Visit for 1318 Stevens Road and 1550 Stevens Road

7:00 PM:

1) Warned hearing on Application for Zoning Permit in the Historical District.

            Proposal: Replacing doors, windows, Deck and Hot tub

2) Appeal of Zoning administrators Decision:

            Location:  1318 Stevens Road, Thetford, VT

            Parcel Number:  0T0059.14.2

            Tax Map Number:  13-02-71.01

            Zone:  Rural Residential

            Proposal: Hedges along lot line

3) Public Comment, review of prior minutes, administrative matters and any matters

that may lawfully come before the Development Review Board.  Materials related to upcoming matters, if any, may be reviewed in the Zoning Administrator’s office during regular business hours or by appointment.

Pursuant to 24 VSA sections 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
