NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & AGENDA

The Thetford Development Review Board will hold a Public Hearing ending no later than 11:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Thetford Town Office, 3910 Route 113, Thetford Center, VT to consider the following:

6:30PM: Public site visit for property of Bouaketh John Sayarath/Whiskey Tango Holdings LLC. at 3954 Route 113, Thetford, VT.

7:00 PM:

1) Warned hearing for conditional use considered by Bouaketh John Sayarath for a Village Commercial Use on the following property:

Location 3954 Route 113

            Parcel Number 0V113C.21

            Tax Map Number: 06-02-76

            Zone: Village Residential

            Proposal: Small convenience store and electric vehicle charging station.

2) Public Comment, review of prior minutes, administrative matters and any matters

that may lawfully come before the Development Review Board.  Materials related to upcoming matters, if any, may be reviewed in the Zoning Administrator’s office during regular business hours or by appointment.

Pursuant to 24 VSA sections 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
