NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & AGENDA

The Thetford Development Review Board will hold a Public Hearing ending no later than 11:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the Thetford Town Office, 3910 Route 113, Thetford Center, VT to consider the following:

6:00 PM:   Public site visit at the property of Brian Ricker, 64 Cross Street, Village of Postmills, Thetford, VT.

6:30PM: Public site visit for property of Nicholas Clark, 3998 Route 113, Thetford, VT.

7:00 PM:

1) Warned hearing on Application (ZP23-47) considered by Brian W. Ricker for a Contractors Yard on the following property:

          Zone:  Village Residential

          Proposal: Contractors yard

2) Warned Hearing on Application (ZP24-08) considered by Nicholas Clark for a variance on the following property:

          Location:  3998 Route 113, Thetford Center, VT

          Parcel Number:  0V113C.24

          Tax Map Number:  06-02-74

          Zone:  Village Residential

          Proposal: Second Story Deck and Water Management

3) Public Comment, review of prior minutes, administrative matters and any matters

that may lawfully come before the Development Review Board.  Materials related to upcoming matters, if any, may be reviewed in the Zoning Administrator’s office during regular business hours or by appointment.

Pursuant to 24 VSA sections 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
