TOWN OF THETFORD

NOTICE OF HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Thetford Historical Society of PO Box 33, Thetford, VT 05074 has submitted an application for

a Conditional Use Permit for property located at 2274 Route 113 in the Town of Thetford.  The proposed project is described as follows: build a 16’ x 24’ shed attached to Building 4. Additionally, repairs to the Main Barn are planned as well.

The Town of Thetford Development Review Board will hold a hearing on this application on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 7 PM at the Thetford Town Hall. A copy of the application and additional information may be obtained at:

Zoning Office at Thetford Town Hall.

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
