Thetford Planning Commission Agenda (Zoom online – April 19, 2022/7:15 p.m.)
Note: The State of Vermont has recently passed Senate Bill 222 (Act 78), an act relating to authorizing temporary Open Meeting Law procedures in response to COVID-19. Selectboard, Commission and Committee meetings in the Town of Thetford may – until January 15, 2023 – be held ‘virtually’ (online-only) without requiring a designated physical locale staffed by a representative of said group(s). Members of the Commission must self-identify when the meeting convenes and be able to hear and be heard throughout the meeting. Options for remote public participation will be explicitly provided, both online and in specified physical posting locations.
