NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & AGENDA

The Thetford Development Review Board will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00 PM and ending no later than 11:00 PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the Thetford Town Office, 3910 Route 113, Thetford Center, VT to consider the following:

1).  Continuation of warned hearing (Application ZP23-45) (TSD701) for subdivision of property of Harry C. Kinne III of 7814 Route 113.

          Zone: Rural Residential

          Proposal: Subdivision

2).  Continuation of warned hearing (Application ZP23-37) for Notice of Appeal for property of Richard Balagur for development of Macs Way.

          Location:  Macs Way, Thetford, VT

          Parcel Number:  0T0010.17.6

          Tax Map Number:  20.20.60.11

          Zone:  Village Residential

          Proposal: House and Garage

3). Public Comment, review of prior minutes, administrative matters and any matters

that may lawfully come before the Development Review Board.  Materials related to upcoming matters, if any, may be reviewed in the Zoning Administrator’s office during regular business hours or by appointment.

Pursuant to 24 VSA sections 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.

Please note:  Hearings will be called in the order they appear above.  If more than one hearing is scheduled and the applicant does not appear, the next applicant should be prepared to begin their hearing.
