The Thetford Development Review Board will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00 PM and ending no later than 11:00 PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the Thetford Town Office, 3910 Route 113, Thetford Center, VT to consider the following:

3). Public Comment, review of prior minutes, administrative matters and any matters
that may lawfully come before the Development Review Board. Materials related to upcoming matters, if any, may be reviewed in the Zoning Administrator’s office during regular business hours or by appointment.
Pursuant to 24 VSA sections 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
