Members of the Commission may attend the meetings remotely, but must self-identify when the meeting convenes and be able to hear and be heard throughout the meeting. c) Avoid sound interference by joining on only one device or phone.

e) Set volume only as loud as needed to hear.
f) Mute audio until invited to speak during the 'Public Comment' portion of the Agenda.
